About Me

I. Love. Memories.

I have always been a sentimental guy, and I got into photography to help remember the special moments in my life. I have always been drawn to photography and that love has been a constant in my life.

I love my family. If there’s one thing you need to know about me, it’s that: there’s nothing I wouldn’t do for them, and they are the biggest source of inspiration for my craft. It’s because of my family’s love and support that I have the chance to capture your most cherished moments — whether it be a grand celebration or just an ordinary day at home.

I love giving gifts, even though my wife would tell you I am the worst gift receiver. I’ve been known to take birthdays and Christmas very seriously, and I enjoy the pursuit of finding that perfect present for a loved one. For me, working with your family is no different: I strive to create images that are sincerely “you” that you’ll treasure and pass down for years to come.

Let me help tell your story from your special day.

Allow me to introduce you to my family and creative team!

Jessica

A banker by day and a creative by night, Jessica loves singing, painting, and dancing around the house. She loves to read and loves sharing her favorite books even more. Having read more books than she can count, she has an extensive vocabulary. I find myself looking up words when we talk, which is especially humiliating during an argument. During your special moment, she helps as a second photographer, but mostly she is there to help make sure you are looking your best! She sings like a Disney Princess, dances like no one is watching, and never fails to love unconditionally.

Taco

Though not part of the special day, you will often hear us talking about our “Little Baby Taco.” Named after one of our favorite foods he is the mascot for Andrew Gibson Photography. He loves to chase squirrels, bark at the neighbors, and lounges like a cat. He loves being the subject for our “at home” photography experiments and you’ll often see the results of this work on Taco Tuesday. He loves treats and if you say the word “treat” around him, you better mean it!
